At the beginning, it may not be easy to meditate, you could feel that your mind easily moves out of meditation, trying to get back to worries of daily life. Do not be discouraged, you will achieve it. It only requires discipline and practice to "educate the mind", so it focuses on the here and now.

To get started and obtain its benefits, is very important to create a routine of meditation, by practicing it every day, preferably in the same place, and at the same time.
